Production Process & Packaging
We manufacture Zinc Oxide by the French Process, adopting a dominant production technology in order to produce various grades of Zinc Oxide. Our manufacturing facilities use modern pulse jet bag filters and combustion systems which ensures high productivity, low energy consumption and maintains required standards with respect to emission norms. The ultimate objective is to implement green manufacturing – by reducing emissions and recycling and reusing to conserve natural resources for obtaining sustainable development.
We closely follow the guidelines of Good Manufacturing Practices and ensure that the concepts are ingrained in the people at the shop floor level as well.

Packaging
We are providing versatile packing solutions to meet customer specific requirements.
We are also providing palletized packaging for our overseas as well as domestic customers.
We have installed specialized packaging machines to reduce time-lag and wastage during packing of big bags.
