We firmly believe that sustainable economic progress of the organization is essential for strengthening the other two pillars of sustainability and the organization endeavours to achieve this through entrepreneurial and enterprising strengths coupled with innovative and analytical approach to business development, stakeholder’s requirements and the competitive environment – both Domestic and International.
We are committed to create value for all our stakeholders by offering sustainable products and services which have a positive contribution on environment and society. This is achieved through conduct of all our operations in an environmentally responsible manner, adoption of most energy efficient technologies in manufacturing processes available to our industry, including improvement of energy efficiency of equipment and focusing on people oriented and accountable organization by maintaining good working conditions.
On the social front, we are also committed to ensure sustainability for the communities where we endeavour to create value through our conduct, group initiatives and focused local programmes in terms of labour practices, human rights, ethics, occupational health, safety and environment.
We have always believed in giving back and contributing towards the holistic development of the society. Some of the prominent CSR initiatives taken by us include:
- Funding disaster management projects
- Funding healthcare, promoting education, eradicating hunger, animal welfare and rural development initiatives.
- Contributing towards construction of school infrastructure and providing food items and sanitizers, masks and surgical gloves during the COVID-19 lockdown.
