At JGC and BDJ we manufacture Zinc Oxide by the French Process, adopting the latest manufacturing technology in order to produce various grades of Zinc Oxide. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities use the most modern pulse jet bag filters and combustion systems to ensure the highest yields and lowest energy consumption. The ultimate objective is to implement green manufacturing – by reducing emissions and recycling and reusing to conserve natural resources for obtaining sustainable development.
We closely follow the guidelines of Good Manufacturing Practices and ensure that the concepts are ingrained in the people at the shop floor level as well.
